I love the colors the farm turns around Fall. I just got back from my october ride. My family and I go on a weekend long horseback riding trip every fall. It's a bunch of fun, and the colors in the woods are so beautiful!
We stopped at a cider mill during our ride. Fresh, Warm doughnuts are the best! Isn't this picture so pretty?
I thought this wheel was pretty cool!
Today I went outside to play in the leaves! Raking them into a pile was hard work, but it's well worth it!
Scout wanted to join in, too. He loves hiding in the leaves and jumping out like a scary monster!

Scout was getting cold, so I lent him my hat, mittens, and scarf. I think he looks silly!!
At the cider mill, they were selling pumpkins, and my parents let me buy one! I think it's really cute.
Scout had to inspect it before it could come inside.
When I went inside, I decided to continue reading about the American Girl, Josefina. She's my favorite. I think I want to be her for Halloween, but also want to be a hippie...What do you think? I started a poll, so go vote!

Fall is the best! It's my favorite season. I love the colors the leaves turn and jumping into a huge pile is always fun. It looks like you had a great time on your trip to the cider mill! Scout looks so silly in your beret and mittens, but so cute!
Hmm, those are both great costume ideas. I voted for hippie, though! Even if you are a hippie, you can still wear Josefina's skirt. It's so boho looking!
